Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
Brand metadata
When you submit a listing we store the information you provide: brand name, logo image, website URL, category and pitch text. This data is public by design — it is displayed on the leaderboard for anyone to see.
Payment data
Card numbers and billing credentials are handled entirely by our payment infrastructure and never reach our servers. We receive only transaction metadata — amount, currency, status, country and an order reference — which we use to activate placements and keep accounting records.
No card storage
We never store, see or process card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Checkout runs entirely on our payment infrastructure and we hold only the transaction metadata above.
Public leaderboards and notifications
Brand name, logo, pitch, link, bid totals, battle results, G.O.A.T wins and click counts are public. Bidding and battle events may also appear in the live activity ticker and in public posts about the leaderboard on our social channels.
Analytics and logs
We record basic traffic information such as page views, referrers, approximate region and device type to understand how the board is used and to detect abuse. These logs are aggregated and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Sharing
We do not sell your information to third parties. Data is shared only with processors that make the service work — payment processing, hosting and analytics — and where required by law.
Retention and your rights
Listing data is retained while your placement is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. In line with global data standards including the GDPR and CCPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Transaction records that we are legally obliged to keep may be retained after deletion of a listing.
